Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where do we store customer data?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to provide our customers with secure, fast, and reliable services. We currently store our data in our data centres provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in London (for our eu-west-2-1 instance of Signagelive) and in Sydney (for our AP-southeast-2-1 instance of Signagelive). As a Data Controller, Signagelive is responsible for safeguarding the data of our customers as they interact directly with our service. As a Data Processor, Signagelive is responsible for safeguarding the data of our resellers\u2019 and customers\u2019 users as it flows through our system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Will Brexit impact GDPR compliance for UK businesses?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No. The GDPR comes into effect before the UK leaves the European Union, which the UK government has announced will take place on March 29th 2019.
