Migrate Optus’ nationwide digital signage network from AEM Screens and AppSpace to Navori CMS using a zero-touch approach that meets strict security, data sovereignty, and operational requirements all while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
Entwined partnered with Navori Labs to design and implement a tailored Navori CMS build for Optus. Leveraging player-first configuration, proprietary automation scripts, and Chrome Device Management workflows, the team remotely migrated more than 740 ChromeOS devices in just six nights ensuring full compatibility, robust security, and uninterrupted service.
Optus needed to modernize its nationwide digital signage network by replacing legacy AEM Screens and AppSpace platforms with a secure, cloud-ready CMS that met strict data sovereignty requirements. After evaluating available solutions, Optus selected Navori CMS for its Chrome Enterprise Recommended status, retail media capabilities, and compatibility with their all-ChromeOS environment.
