Founded in Paris, France, in 1998 Navori Labs is the digital signage software pioneer. In 2006, the company moved to Switzerland, the country of origin of its founder and CEO, Jérôme Moeri, at which point we began to market our solutions internationally. Navori has experienced uninterrupted strong growth since 2010, it is a privately held company, with the founder holding the majority of shares, enabling a long-term innovation policy that benefits its users.
Global reach, localized sales and support
At the request of its customer, Navori opened various offices to provide its clients with better-localized sales and technical support. In 2009, Navori Labs opened a subsidiary in North America, followed by Latin America, and the Middle East, Asia in 2016 and Mexico in 2023. The company has become a leader in professional digital signage software within just a few years in these new territories.
Innovation
At the forefront of most innovations in our industry, our goal is through innovation to provide our customers with a 2 to 3-year advantage over other software on the market. 45% of our workforce consists of engineers. The company invests 20% of its revenue in research and development, which is internalized to ensure technological advancements for our clients.
Since 2018, Navori, a pioneer in our industry, has invested a significant portion of its engineering resources in
computer vision to integrate AI into digital signage. While all software displays content to varying degrees of sophistication on screens, users, much like with a website, need to generate data beyond the screens regarding the audience, their experience, and their engagement based on the content displayed. Navori has developed proprietary technology that is gradually being integrated into its app player.
Since 2015, Navori has also been manufacturing media player devices, such as the
StiX dongles. We market this hardware because it allows us, without constraints, to achieve unique performance and features in the industry. As of today, more than half of our clients choose Navori’s player device whenever ordering licenses.
International partners
Navori is running a longstanding partnership with the leading hardware manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, BrightSign, and Google to create the best possible software for their hardware. Typically, Navori receives new products before they are released to adapt the software to the new models and conduct thorough quality testing. We also share our vision for the future and collaborate on joint projects.
Acquisitions
In 2021, Navori acquired the software division of Innes in France. This local manufacturer of digital signage hardware and software primarily operated within its territory, having sold more than 40,000 players. Navori developed its Player software for Innes hardware, established a sales and technical team in France, and offered users the option to update Innes software with Navori.
